Andrew's field

About Us

Andrew's field is beautiful and idyllic but has limited facilities, it has a tap for drinking water, and waste water disposal point (ELSan). There is no electricity on site.

The best things about the field:
Peaceful and unspoiled
Close to nature -wild deer often wander through the filed to drink from the river. The field is an excellent place for bird watching; Kingfishers, Cuckoos and Woodpeckers are regularly seen. We have a Little Owl in the area which is a little more elusive.
If you camp you can fish for free on the River Avon.
You can launch Kayaks/ canoes directly from the field into the river Avon - a great place to start your adventure.
Family run - the field is run by Andrew and his family who are thrilled that campers take joy in the beauty of their field, they can give you local hints and tips and are always happy to help.
Camp fires are allowed - so it properly feels like camping.
The field is still a hidden gem and therefore does not get overcrowded.
The field has beautiful vistas in all directions and is South facing so warms up nicely when the sun is out whilst benefiting from the cooling breeze from the river.
You can walk to three pubs from the campsite.

The limited facilities means it is most suited to caravans and campervans however if you have a tent and a camping toilet you are welcome to come.

Stayed here many times now. It is a back to basics site; so nothing beyond an elsan and a tap but the location is superb.

We often walk or paddle down the river or walk to the nearby village and it’s two pubs but more often than not just sit in the grass and take in the surroundings.

With so many sites now charging upwards of £40 – £60 per night for “Instagram” gimmicks, it’s great that Andrew’s Field charge a more than reasonable fee. We use our van a lot all over the country and Andrew’s Field are by far the cheapest, which with its location makes it excellent value for money.

Fantastic little field, right next to the river Avon. Set up, sit back, relax, watch the river boats and the world pass by. Drinking water an eslan disposal only, so be sure to be self contained. Pershore town and Tewkesbury well worth visit.

Amazing little campsite. We had a lovely evening here. Everyone is quiet and respectful. Loved that it was right on the river and safe for us to paddleboard in . Emptied our toilet casette in the facilities and they have drinking water also but that’s it . Beautiful setting . Went to the bell for food and the service and food was unreal .

Lovely place feels like you’ve escaped the chaos of life, kids loved kayaking on the river and can’t wait to fish when the rivers are back open. Peaceful with lovely views has a waste and water point, close walk to the village shop we loved wild camping here only just left and we’re looking to book in again soon
